Organised and hosted by the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA)
As part of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2026, the HPRA will host a plenary meeting of the Heads of Medicines Agencies (HMA), alongside a series of meetings to support and enable strategic coordination of the network.
On 5 October 2026, the following three meetings will take place at the Clayton Hotel, Cardiff Lane, Dublin 2:
- In-Person MSSG Meeting 13:30 - 15:30
- Veterinary Stakeholder Meeting 13:30 - 15:30
- HMA Management Group Meeting 16:00 - 17:30
The HMA Plenary Meeting will take place on 6-7 October 2026 at the Convention Centre Dublin.
These meetings will bring together HMA members, MSSG representatives, veterinary stakeholders, and other key participants to support collaboration across the European medicines regulatory network.
Important Information for Participants
To ensure successful registration for your selected meetings, attendees are politely requested to be mindful of the following:
- HMA delegates are politely requested to complete the official Presidency accreditation process as per the instructions received in an email from noreply@ireland2026.eu.
- MSSG members will have received a separate invitation via the MSSG secretariat outlining details of how to register for the in-person MSSG meeting.
- HMA delegates who also wish to attend the Veterinary Stakeholder meeting are politely requested to register via the following link HMA Veterinary Stakeholder Meeting
IMPORTANT: For HMA delegates who will also be attending the in-person MSSG meeting, travel arrangements must be made through the EMA travel service to ensure reimbursement. Further details have been provided in separate correspondence from the MSSG Secretariat.
