In July 2026, Ireland begins its 8th Presidency of the Council of the European Union since entering the EU in 1973. The last time Ireland held the office of Presidency was in 2013.
The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) is honoured to host our EU colleagues from medicines and medical device agencies, as well as government representatives as part of Ireland's Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
